This timing utility offers an unusual alarm clock using a song in your computer to alarm you on time. It also features scheduled PC shutdown, countdown and stopwatch. The countdown timer optionally beeps when finishing and can also display you a reminder notice. The stopwatch timer can optionally beep every minute.
You can minimize the app to system tray and access settings choosing whether the app shall prevent automatic sleep or display darkening.

It is a standalone .exe, no installation needed. It runs on .NET framework.
It checks for updates automatically so you will always have the latest version.
